No statemants are being logged

Hi,
I am currently testing the trial verion of the sql mointor included in the server tools suite we have purchased because we have the need for a monitoring app for security reasons. I set up the service with standard options (ports and filters) and directed the output into a separate db with the "SQLMonitor DB" service.
I both changed the configuration in ibexpert and the connect statement of our client application concerning the port addressing.

Now I am able to log connect and disconnect but nothing else. Even simple sql statements executed in ibexpert sql editor are not logged.
What could be missing or where could be my mistake?

Same problem here, but not a trial version. Var license.

If I look at Service runtime info, Active connections, and double-click the connection, I see only the connect. No selects, etc.

Windows 7, FB 2.1.3, Ibexpert 2009.11.02

Just installed ibexpert 2010.01.06. Problem remains.
Thought Is might be caused by Windows 7 resolving localhost resolution within DNS itself, and SQLMonistor allowing only localhost.

Thats not the problem, though. I've just tried it on an XP machine. Same problem. Only connect/disconnect showing.

please try to replace th efbclient library by an older version (for example fb2.0 or fb1.5), in some situations, this helps

Using fb 2.0.3 version of fbclient instead of 2.1.3 fixed the problem. Thanks.

Will using an older version not cause any problems with communications between client ansd server?

no, there might only be some physical disadvantages, but all should work
